Twenty years after our first machine shipped, the LaserForge factory covers 32,000 m² of production space organized around one principle: every machine is built, run, and cut-tested before it is crated.
Fabrication begins with the machine beds — welded, stress-relieved by annealing, and rough-machined in-house so accuracy is built in at the foundation rather than adjusted in at the end.
Every cutting machine performs a supervised test cut on customer-representative material, and the samples ship inside the crate. Every welder and cleaner runs a full-power burn-in before packing.
Export logistics matter as much as production: plywood-free fumigation-exempt crating, rust-proofing for sea freight, and documentation prepared for customs in more than 120 countries.
It is the reason 30+ international machine brands have trusted us as their OEM partner — and the reason we put our own name on the front of every machine we sell directly.
