Every LaserForge quote is all-inclusive — machine, chiller, extraction, nesting software, training and freight — and arrives within 24 hours of your inquiry.
Size the source to the thickest material you cut weekly, not the thickest you have ever cut. As a guide: 3 kW handles 20 mm carbon steel / 10 mm stainless; 6 kW handles 25 mm / 16 mm; 12 kW and above is for heavy plate production. Send us your parts list and we will size it for you at no charge.
Yes — and we insist on it. Send drawings and material specs, we cut your actual parts in our factory, film the process, and ship the samples to your door. Every purchased machine also performs a supervised test cut before crating, with the samples packed inside.

Standard machines ship in 15–25 days after deposit; sea freight adds 2–6 weeks depending on destination. Installation is available on-site by our engineers or guided remotely — most flatbed machines are cutting production parts within 2–3 days of arrival.
Raycus, MAX and JPT as standard, with IPG available on request. For CW cutting below 12 kW, the domestic sources have closed most of the performance gap at a materially lower price; above 20 kW we discuss duty cycle and gas costs with you before recommending.
Yes. Fiber lasers at 1.07 µm are absorbed well by reflective metals — brass, copper and aluminum cut cleanly with nitrogen assist, something CO₂ machines struggle with. See our Applications page for capacity by power level.
Yes. Operator training on the machine, nesting software and the maintenance schedule is included with every purchase, on-site or by video. Most operators are running production independently within days.
